Who we are

Number One Systems is a Melbourne-based AI automation consultancy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you use our package finder, calculators, contact form or booking flow, we may collect:
  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Your business name, suburb and business type
  • Your answers to our questionnaire (for example, team size and the challenges you select)
  • The figures you enter into our cost calculators, and the estimates they produce
  • The package and add-ons you select, and whether you booked a call
  • Any notes or messages you choose to send us
We don't collect payment details through this website, and we don't use advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and prepare for a conversation with you. That includes reviewing your answers before a call so you don't have to repeat yourself, sending you the plan summary or booking confirmation you requested, and following up on your enquiry. We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

How it's stored and who processes it

Your information is stored securely in our customer database (hosted by Supabase). To operate the website we also use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (sending the emails you request, such as your plan summary or booking confirmation), and Cal.com (call scheduling — when you book a call, the details you enter into the booking calendar are also handled under Cal.com's own privacy policy). These providers may store data outside Australia.

Cookies and browser storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your progress through our questionnaire (so your answers survive a page refresh) and to remember your enquiry reference. This stays on your device. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as it's relevant to a current or potential business relationship. If you'd like your information removed sooner, just ask — see below.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email help@numberonesystems.com and we'll action it promptly.

Security

Access to your information is restricted and protected by authentication. Our database is not publicly accessible, and the website applies rate limiting and input validation to prevent misuse. No internet transmission is ever completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page. The date below reflects the latest revision.
